JOB SUMMARY Required Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.MSc degree in Nursing is an added advantage)Three (3) years Clinical experience since graduation.Additional training or certification in the relevant area will be an added advantage.Valid practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical and skills lab teaching and training of students in line with university policies, processes and proceduresConducting quality research to enhance the scholarship, visibility and intellectual contribution of the University.Evaluating students through continuous assessments and examinationsEngaging in curriculum and program review and developmentMobilizing resources and building bridges with industryMentoring of students in academic and spiritual nurtureImplementing best practices in teaching, training and research for improved performance and achievements.Implementing change initiatives to achieve desired university strategic goals.Role modeling consistent Christian lifestyle in line with the university’s values.
