JOB SUMMARY Skills and ExperienceIndustrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering knowledgeLine balancing techniquesTime and motion studiesLean manufacturing (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma)Production planning & capacity analysisDegree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering3–5+ years’ experience in production or assembly line optimizationExperience in high-volume manufacturing environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsQualified Female Candidates encouraged to Apply RESPONSIBILITIES Line BalancingAnalyze tasks required for product assembly.Distribute tasks across workstations so that each station's workload aligns with the production cycle time.Continuously adjust task XXXX XXXX production conditions change.Workflow OptimizationIdentify and eliminate bottlenecks in the production line.Reduce idle time and unnecessary waiting between stations.Improve overall line efficiency and throughput.Production MonitoringTrack performance metrics such as:Cycle timeTakt timeWorkstation utilizationThroughput rateEnsure the line consistently meets production demand targets.Process ImprovementConduct time studies and motion studies.Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste.Implement improvements such as workstation redesign, task reallocation, or automation.Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyze production data to identify inefficiencies.Provide reports on line performance.Recommend changes to improve productivity and cost efficiency. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with:Production supervisorsMaintenance teamsQuality engineersNPI / Industrial engineers REQUIRED SKILLS Assembly, Mechanical drawings, Quality control and supervision, Engineering, Reporting REQUIRED EDUCATION Bachelor's degree
