JOB SUMMARY Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of housakasping experience in a hotel environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and quality standards.Experience in luxury or international hotel brands is an added advantage.Strong leadership and seam management skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesGood communication and interpersonal skilsProficiency in hotel management systems is an advantage.Interested candidates should submit their CV and cover letter to the Email provided. RESPONSIBILITIES 1 Assist the Executives Housekeeper in overseeing daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public arwas, and back-of-house spaces.2 Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of cleanliness3 Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, comidors, and public areas to ensure compliance with hotel quality standards4 Ensure housekeeping supplies, linens, and amenities arm properly stocked and managed5 Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance supervision,6 Support the implementation and maintenance of health, salety, and hygiene standards.7 Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints in s professional and timely manner.8 Monitor housekeeping equipment and coordinate maintenance when necessary.9 Assist in maintaining departmental budgets, inventory, and cost control measures.10 Ensure compliance with brand standants and operations procedures REQUIRED SKILLS House help, Cleaning, House maintenance REQUIRED EDUCATION Diploma, Associate's degree
