JOB SUMMARY Qualifications & ExperienceCertificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Bartending.Professional mixology or bartending certification is an advantage.Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-end bar, restaurant, or hotel environment.Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail preparation techniques, and beverage pairing.Excellent guest service and communication skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Creativity and passion for beverage innovation.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.Interested candidates should submit their CV and cover letter to the Email provided. RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails to hotel guests2 Create innovative cocktail recipes that align with the hotel's brand and guest experience.3 Ensure consistency in drink preparation, presentation, and quality.4 Engage with guests at the bar, providing recommendations and delivering exceptional service.5 Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.6 Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to develop seasonal beverage menus and promotions.7 Maintain detailed knowledge of spirits, wines, liqueurs, and cocktail trends.8 Support bar operations during busy service periods.
