JOB SUMMARY Who you areRecently completed a university or similar educational program in finance, business administration, economics, or a related fieldComfortable with numbers and analytical work; experience with Excel or financial modelling (even at a coursework level) is a plusExcellent presentation skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiencesFamiliarity with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Experience or demonstrated interest in consulting or financial analysis is a plusCurious, driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced professional environmentSelf-starter who is passionate about creating lasting change in underserved markets RESPONSIBILITIES Mandate support: Contribute to active client engagements across CrossBoundary Advisory workstreamsResearch and analysis: Conduct market assessments covering macroeconomic and sector-level dynamicsFinancial modelling: Support the development of financial models under the guidance of senior team membersClient materials: Help prepare client-facing documents including presentations and reportsEvents and networking: Help organise stakeholder engagement events REQUIRED SKILLS Compliance, Reporting, File management and data back-up, Financial analysis REQUIRED EDUCATION Bachelor's degree
