RESPONSIBILITIES • Participate in structured training and development activities throughout the 9-month program.• Support day-to-day departmental operations and projects under the guidance of supervisors.• Assist in research, data analysis, documentation, and preparation of reports.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and organizational goals.• Attend training sessions, team meetings, and workshops aimed at enhancing professional and technical skills.• Contribute ideas that support innovation, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.• Prepare periodic updates or presentations on assigned tasks and learning outcomes.• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
