ABOUT THE COMPANY Kapsaret Development Limited is a subsidiary of Unity Homes Limited a Nairobi-based development company, with offices in Nairobi and Eldoret. KDL is a management company that offers management services for Unity gardens, an estate in Eldoret. JOB SUMMARY Unity Homes is looking for a motivated Sales Intern to support their sales team by organizing, managing, and maintaining documentation related to sales operations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, eager to learn about sales processes, and committed to helping the team stay efficient and accurate. RESPONSIBILITIES Sort and organize sales documents (contracts, agreements, proposals, forms)File and maintain both physical and digital documentation in the correct systemsEnsure documents are complete, up-to-date, and easy to retrieveAssist with data entry into CRM or document management systemsSupport the sales team with basic reporting and document preparationFollow internal procedures for document handling and confidentialityHelp prepare documents for meetings, reports etcCoordinate with other departments (finance, legal) to ensure accuracy of recordsAnd any other duties assigned periodically.
