JOB SUMMARY RequirementsCompleted a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldCompleted or currently pursuing CPA qualificationUnderstanding of accounting principlesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and other MS Office applicationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in processing vendor invoices and ensuring timely and accurate paymentMatch invoices with purchase orders and delivery receiptsHelp maintain and update accounts payable records and documentationSupport reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies with vendorsAssist in preparing payment runs and ensuring compliance with company policiesRespond to internal and external inquiries regarding payments and account statusHelp with monthly closing activities related to accounts payableSupport the finance team with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed REQUIRED SKILLS Accounting, Financial reporting, Bookkeeping, Financial analysis, Invoicing REQUIRED EDUCATION Bachelor's degree
