Zetech was founded by engineer XXXX XXXX in 1999 and is registered by the Ministry of Higher Education Science and Technology JOB SUMMARY Qualification and experienceA Bachelor's, Master's and PhD Degree in Media Studies, Journalism, Communication, Mass Communication or related field from a recognised/accredited University. degree qualification in a relevant area from a recognised/ accredited university. At least three years of teaching/research experience at the University level as a Lecturer/Research Fellow. A minimum of twenty-four (24) equivalent publication points as a Lecturer/Senior Research Fellow of which sixteen (16) should be from refereed journal articles. Attended and contributed at academic conferences, seminars and workshops. Evidence of being a member of a relevant professional body RESPONSIBILITIES To teach in areas allocated by the Head of Department.Deg, developing, planning and delivering a range of programmes of study, sometimes for entirely new courses at various levels.Delivering high-quality lectures and practicals.Reviewing course content and materials regularly, updating when required.Collaborating with academic colleagues on course development, curriculum changes and the development of research activities.Carrying out research and writing research grant proposals.Seeking and participating in consultancies.Presenting research papers at national or international conferences and other similar events.Dissemination of research outputs.Providing mentorship and career guidance to students and staff.Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisors or as captured in your detailed job description REQUIRED SKILLS Training delivery, Teaching, Developing curriculum and teaching guidelines, eLearning REQUIRED EDUCATION Post-graduate education
