JOB SUMMARY Experience, Skills and QualificationsDiploma Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital productivity tools.Basic understanding of procurement software and vendor payment tracking systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Website) to support digital community management.Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.Eagerness to learn, a proactive mindset, and the capacity to multitask efficiently RESPONSIBILITIES Procurement Workflow ProcessingPurchase Order entry/processing.Goods Received Voucher Processing.Vendor Payments follow-up.Monthly Expense/Payments Reports.New vendor process onboarding.
