The University is located in Maseno Township along Kisumu-Busia road, 25 km from Kisumu City and approximately 400 km west of Nairobi the capital city of Kenya. JOB SUMMARY  An earned PhD/LLD, LLM and LLB degrees from a recognized and reputable University; Be admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with at least Five (5) years’ postadmission experience as a legal practitioner; Have demonstrable training in pedagogy and andragogy skills; Must have taught Commercial Law courses at the undergraduate level in a University for aperiod of at least Three (3) years (This competence must be Clearly demonstrated); Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills; Must have excellent planning and organizational skills as well as good customer care skills; and Have the capacity to take initiative and work responsibly under minimal supervision.
