- 5:00 PM ESTWork Modality: RemoteSkills and Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of business experience.Basic office and computer skills with strong organizational abilities.Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills.Knowledge of common medical terminology.Ability to work independently with sound judgment.English proficiency at C1 level or higher.Must have HOME CARE experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage professional verbal communication by handling calls, responding to inquiries, and acting as a liaison between clients, associates, and management.Provide high-quality customer service by promptly and courteously addressing client calls, referrals, and program inquiries.Coordinate and organize daily caregiver schedules while maintaining accurate records in the ClearCare system.Execute payroll and administrative tasks, including timesheet verification, telephony updates, and payroll data processing.Support recruitment and HR processes such as interviewing, screening, hiring, onboarding, training, and disciplinary actions.Demonstrate sound judgment, integrity, and problem-solving skills in a fast‑paced environment, including on‑call coordination as required.Collaborate effectively as a team player, maintaining professionalism, adaptability, and sensitivity in interactions with clients and care staff REQUIRED SKILLS Customer service, Answering telephones and call management, Document and archive management, Customer support, CRM systems, Scheduling REQUIRED EDUCATION High, secondary school
