JOB SUMMARY QualificationsDegree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration and ManagementProfessional qualifications in accounting an advantage (CPA, ACCA, CIMA)Proficiency in both French and EnglishA minimum of 5 years’ work experience in similar field, particularly with international NGOs or international development organization.Acts according to business model  Customer oriented working  Ready to learn and solution oriented Captures data fast and accurate  Good knowledge of MS Office RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement a robust financial operations model to enhance business performance and ensure seamless service delivery across business units.Ensure timely, accurate, and complete processing of financial transactions and administrative tasks within financial operations.Maintain and update accounting records to ensure the reliability and integrity of financial management information systems.Implement and maintain effective financial accounting practices to enhance business performance and ensure seamless service delivery across business units.Ensure timely, accurate, and complete processing of financial transactions and related administrative tasks within the assigned business unit.Support the smooth running of financial operations in close collaboration with the Team Manager, Financial Operations
