JOB SUMMARY RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in broadcasting, media production, or presenting.Ability to produce and manage your own programs.Strong storytelling and communication skills.A lifestyle and professional attitude that aligns with the Christian values of our station.Ability to work within a structured team under the leadership of Family Media.Experience in both radio and television production is an advantage. RESPONSIBILITIES Produce and present engaging radio and television programs.Develop program ideas and create compelling content aligned with the values and mission of Family Media.Plan and manage shows from concept to broadcast.Conduct interviews and lead discussions on-air.Work closely with management and the production team to ensure high editorial and production standards.Take responsibility for preparing and producing shows independently.
