JOB SUMMARY Requirements1–2 years of experience in salesExperience in insurance, insurtech, fintech, or distribution sales is an advantageMotor insurance sales experience is a strong plusStrong pipeline management and CRM disciplineProven ability to work against targets and deliver results RESPONSIBILITIES Recruit and onboard new insurance agents onto the platformConduct demos and explain the value of Agencify clearly and confidentlySupport agents to complete onboarding and make their first transactionMaintain strong follow-up to convert leads into active transacting agentsBuild relationships with agents and keep them engaged through campaigns, updates, and supportTrack pipeline progress and update CRM dailyContribute directly to WAT growth and GWP generation REQUIRED SKILLS Product management, Business strategy, Product development, Team leadership, Account management, Business development, Sales strategy, Direct sales REQUIRED EDUCATION Diploma, Associate's degree
