JOB SUMMARY Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field4–7 years’ experience in UAT coordination within banking projectsHands-on experience with T24/TemenosStrong understanding of banking operationsFamiliarity with SDLC and testing lifecycleExperience with tools such as JIRA or HP ALMExcellent stakeholder management skills RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and manage UAT strategy and execution timelinesCoordinate UAT activities across business unitsTranslate business requirements into UAT scenariosEnsure availability of UAT environments and test dataFacilitate UAT sessions and defect triageTrack execution progress and provide reportsManage UAT defect lifecycleEnsure regulatory scenarios are testedCoordinate business sign-offSupport training and change management REQUIRED SKILLS Teamwork, Product management, Key performance indicators, Reporting, Planning, Business strategy REQUIRED EDUCATION Bachelor's degree
