JOB SUMMARY RequirementsMinimum of 3 to 5 years experience in ERP implementation or ERP consultingStrong understanding of business processes such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, or ManufacturingExperience working with ERP systems such as ERPNext, Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platformsAbility to gather and document business requirements clearlyExperience in ERP configuration, testing, and user trainingStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent communication and client interaction skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, or related fieldExperience in ERP consulting companies is an added advantage RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze client business processes and gather functional requirementsConfigure ERP modules based on business needsParticipate in ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering to go livePrepare functional requirement documents and process documentationConduct ERP system demonstrations and solution presentationsPerform system testing and support User Acceptance TestingTrain client teams on ERP usage and best practicesWork closely with developers for customization requirementsProvide post implementation support and system improvementsAssist in identifying process gaps and recommending automation solutions REQUIRED SKILLS Enterprise Resource Planning - ERP system (use of), IT support, IT equipment installation and configuration, User management and administration, IT training REQUIRED EDUCATION Bachelor's degree
