Our Purpose Our purpose is to maintain and enable health Our Mission To provide high quality medical care that exceeds the needs of our clients Our Culture and Core Values Respect - For all human beings regardless of financial status, race, tribe, national origin, religious or political beliefs Service - Providing the best service to our patients, their families, doctors, clients, business partners and staff Excellence - Continually striving to improve and achieve excellence in the provision of our services JOB SUMMARY Person SpecificationBSc in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing (KRCHN). A valid Nursing License from NCKUpdated certification in BLS, ACLS. 2+ years’ experience working in a busy environment.Customer focus and results orientedStrong interpersonal skills, team playing abilities, and communication skills.Highly responsive, ethical and responsible RESPONSIBILITIES Work with the Clinical team to navigate patients through the treatment journey to help address underlying medical conditions, and provide treatment as per plan.Ensure all nursing protocols have been administered as per the set-out policies and guidelines, recording and reporting  all sentinel incidents/events within 24 hours using the provided tools.Constantly Monitor, assess and chart a patient's condition and response to treatment and medication, including the patients' physical and psycho-social status, and adjust treatment accordingly.Ensure proper and effective drug administration and management as per policy and procedures.Actively participate in patient admission, receive handover reports from the outgoing nurse on shift, while ensuring all the relevant consultants have explained procedures and have obtained consent.Effectively and confidentially manage patient data and records.
