JOB SUMMARY Social Media Content Creator (TikTok & Instagram Reels)We are looking for a mobile-first content creator who understands how to create short-form video that captures attention and drives engagement. This is an execution-focused role. You will be responsible for creating content, not just managing accounts. RESPONSIBILITIES What You Will DoCreate TikTok and Instagram Reels that stop the scroll (shoot, edit, and post)Produce high-quality mobile-first content using tools such as CapCut, InShot, Canva, or native editorsEngage directly with followers through comments, DMs, and repliesExecute monthly content calendars across multiple accountsMonitor trends and create relevant, timely contentSupport simple content shoots, including sourcing props or coordinating basic setupsManage and post across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X REQUIRED SKILLS Digital content development and editing (social media, blogs, etc.), Film and video editing, Social media marketing, Social media community management (admin), Interpersonal communication, Copywriting REQUIRED EDUCATION Diploma, Associate's degree
