JOB SUMMARY We are a premium youth sports storytelling studio that transforms real game moments into emotional, cinematic stories for families. Our work blends documentary‑style storytelling, powerful viewing sessions, and fine‑art prints — and we’re looking for an Advanced Photo Editor to join our production team.This is a mission‑critical, high‑volume role where you’ll own the edit pipeline end‑to‑end, from curation to fine‑art finishing. Your judgement determines what families see — and what becomes legacy artwork on their walls.🎯 What You’ll DoCurate 200–500 images per athlete into a polished, emotionally strong story.Select, crop, balance, and prep images for premium viewing sessions.Build album covers and supporting layouts.Perform fine‑art post‑edits on client‑selected images (20–40 per athlete).Retouch, color‑correct, remove distractions, and prepare print‑quality files.Do light social‑media video edits (BTS + short reels). RESPONSIBILITIES Qualifications:Highly detail‑oriented editors who enjoy repetition and consistency.People who take pride in mastering a system and improving it over time.Editors who can stay focused for long stretches without quality dropping.Strong visual judges who instantly spot flaws — and fix them.Portafolio will be requeriedRequired SkillsAdvanced photo editing (retouching, color correction, sequencing).Strong storytelling instinct through image selection.High‑volume workflow discipline and precision.Ability to deliver print‑quality finishing standards.
