We have one bedroom, two bedrooms, and penthouse luxury suites to provide the space you need. All the apartments and suites feature a living room, dining areas, bathroom, balcony area, and fully equipped kitchen for a comfortable and convenient place to relax and entertain JOB SUMMARY Applicants must be:customer orientedmaturewilling to learn in order to facilitate career growthenergetic RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet visitors and guests courteously; manage sign-in/outprocedures.- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls; take andrelay messages.- Manage email inquiries and general correspondence for thefront desk.- Check guests in and out: process reservations,issue keys/cards, handle payments and folios.- Maintain appointment schedules and meeting room bookings.- Provide information about services, directions, andcompany/hotel policies.- Handle guest/visitor requests, complaints, and escalate tomanagement when needed.- Monitor lobby appearance and ensure reception area is tidyand welcoming.- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, andother departments as required.- Receive, log, and distribute deliveries and mail.- Maintain records and update databases (guest/visitor logs,reservation systems).- Process payments, refunds, and invoices as authorized;follow cash-handling procedures.- Adhere to health, safety,, and data protectionpolicies.
