Include 3 referees and your earliest availability to the Email provided RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in posting and filing payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, and supporting documentsSupport maintenance of accurate accounting records and proper filing systems (physical and electronic)Assist with bank, MPesa, and petty cash documentation and reconciliationsSupport tracking of donorfunded expenditures against approved budgetsAssist in organizing donor financial documentation for audits and reportingSupport preparation of financial schedules and summaries for donor reportsAssist in processing supplier, consultant, and staff payments in line with internal controlsSupport verification of invoices, contracts, and supporting documents before paymentAssist in maintaining supplier and consultant payment recordsSupport preparation of monthly financial reports and schedulesAssist with audit preparations by compiling required documentsCarry out other financerelated duties as assigned by the supervisor REQUIRED SKILLS Financial reporting, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Invoicing, General ledger REQUIRED EDUCATION Diploma, Associate's degree
