JOB SUMMARY Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.1-3 years of experience in social media management, content writing, or digital communications. RESPONSIBILITIES Social Media ManagementDevelop and implement social media content plans across platforms (X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc).Track social media analytics and report on performanceCreate engaging posts, graphics, and videos that highlight inABLE’s impact and programs.Monitor trends, engage with audiences, and grow inABLE’s online community.Website ManagementRegularly update the inABLE website with new content, including blogs, success stories, press releases, and event updates.Ensure website content is optimized for readability and accessibility.Work with web developers to troubleshoot issues and improve site performance.Content CreationWrite compelling blogs, impact stories, and articles that highlight inABLE’s work and the people we serve.Assist in developing reports, newsletters, and press releases.Conduct interviews with program beneficiaries and stakeholders to craft human-centered stories.General Communications SupportSupport the execution of communication campaigns and events.Assist in creating promotional materials, fact sheets, and presentations.Maintain and update communication assets, including photos and videos.
