JOB SUMMARY Qualifications & ExperienceDegree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related fieldMinimum 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager OR 5 years as a Restaurant SupervisorStrong leadership and people management skillsSolid financial and operational management capabilityUnderstanding and experience in menu development and costingSubmit your cover letter & CV to the Email provided.
