JOB SUMMARY Job SummaryFSI Capital Ltd. is seeking a highly competent and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, ensure strong financial controls, and provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the company’s financial management and accounting operations.Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including tax filings and financial regulations.Monitor cash flow and manage company financial resources effectively.Maintain proper financial records and accounting systems.Coordinate external audits and ensure timely reporting.Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decision-makingMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.CPA-K (Certified Public Accountant
