JOB SUMMARY Overview As a Lean SixSigma Consultant within TP Digital you will play a pivotal role in drivingdigital transformation across our UKISSA business and have the opportunity toengage with our global organization. This position involves leading andsupporting clients and internal teams to enhance and optimize businessprocesses using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with a strong focus on digitalinnovation and data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely withthe Analytics and Technology Product teams to identify and implementcutting-edge solutions that enhance efficiency, customer experience, andbusiness performance.As a strategicthinker, you will design best practice digital service solutions, encompassingoperating models, processes, automation, data analytics, and technology. Youwill articulate the value of these solutions to internal stakeholders andclients, ensuring alignment with digital transformation goals. RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities Digital Transformation: Leverage yourexperience in process improvement to identify opportunities for automation, AI,and analytics-driven solutions. Presentation Skills: Confidently presentfindings and recommendations to senior audiences, utilizing MS PowerPoint forimpactful delivery. Communication: Exhibit excellentinterpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to engagestakeholders effectively. Analytical Skills: Employ strongdiagnostic and analytical skills to solve complex problems and developpragmatic, tech-enabled solutions. Business Case Development: Quantify,analyse, and develop business cases to support digital transformationinitiatives. Data Proficiency: Utilize Excel and otheranalytical tools for data gathering, root cause analysis, and performancetrending. Process Improvement: Identify andimplement process automation and
