ABOUT THE COMPANY We are a Business Process Outsourcing company in Kenya. We offer reliable data annotation, customer support, and outsourced HR services. JOB SUMMARY The representative will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, increasing retention, and driving sales through the promotion of the Membership Program and additional products. This role requires strong sales abilities, call control, and objection‑handling skills.Primary DutiesProvide excellent customer service to retain and attract customers.Maintain 82% phone availability during the shift.Perform 3 rebuttals to highlight the value of the Membership Program.Demonstrate schedule flexibility, including weekend availability.Attend training with the following schedule:Regular work shifts:Monday to Sunday - 8 am to 9 pm CST (9 hours shift within those hours) - 2 days off, 1 during the weekdays and 1 during the weekend (not together)Take a 1-hour lunch break.Requirements & SkillsExperienceMinimum 6 months of sales experience, specifically in inbound calls (IN CALL CENTER, BPO INDUSTRIES). This role requires strong sales abilities, call control, and objection‑handling skills. RESPONSIBILITIES Meet 7 key performance indicators (KPIs).o Achieve a membership close rate goal of 42%. o Maintain a replacement guarantee rate of 25%. o Promote and sell Private Vault items (2.0% goal). o Maintain a close rate of 72%. o Achieve an average dollar per call of $85.00.
