By combining AI-powered job matching, personalized career coaching, targeted skilling, and light-touch employer engagement, the program removes systemic barriers to employment and supports thousands of young people in accessing sustainable income and long-term career pathways.About the roleWe are looking for a Finance Specialist to ensure strong financial stewardship for the Program through continuous financial monitoring, compliant expenditure tracking, timely reporting, and support to audits enabling transparent, accountable delivery of public-benefit outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES Set up and maintain a financial monitoring framework for the ProgramMaintain up-to-date expenditure tracking against budget lines; flag variances and propose corrective actions.Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports (budget vs actuals, burn rate, forecasts, notes/explanations).Support cashflow planning, including forecasting and alignment with activity plans.Review payment requests and supporting documentation for accuracy, allowability and completeness.Coordinate with procurement/admin to ensure value-for-money and documentation compliance.Maintain an organized financial filing system (digital and physical) for audit readiness.Support internal/external financial reviews and audits; respond to queries and provide evidence packs.Contri
