JOB SUMMARY Organization: Senjes Cuisines LimitedLocation: Nairobi (Field-based with office coordination)Start Date: ImmediateBackgroundSenjes Cuisines Limited is a growing catering and food service company providing services for weddings,corporate events, private functions, public forums, and daily client orders.To accelerate revenue growth and expand our market presence, the company seeks to recruit a dynamic, aggressive, and results-driven Sales & Revenue Growth Executive.Purpose of the RoleThe Sales & Revenue Growth Executive will be responsible for increasing company revenue byidentifying new clients, securing catering contracts, expanding market reach, and strengthening customerrelationships.This role is strictly performance-oriented and best suited for a self-driven individual with a proven salestrack record. RESPONSIBILITIES The successful candidate will:● Identify and secure new catering and food service clients.● Generate leads and convert them into confirmed sales.● Market and promote company catering packages.● Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.● Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.● Meet and exceed agreed revenue targets.● Build long-term relationships with corporate and private clients.● Represent Senjes Cuisines Limited at networking forums and business meetings.● Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports.Remuneration StructureThis is a commission-based role with a small monthly retainer fee.● The retainer is meant to support operational facilitation.● Attractive commissions will be paid based on confirmed revenue generated.● The commission structure will be performance-based and discussed with shortlisted candidates.Required Qualifications & ExperienceApplicants must:● Have at least 2+ years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.● Demonstrate measurable success in similar roles.● Clearly highlight achievements in previous roles, specifically:Revenue growth generated.New clientele acquired.Contracts secured.Sales targets met or exceeded.● Possess strong negotiation and communication skills.● Be self-motivated, aggressive, and target-driven.● Have good networking and relationship-building skills.● Experience in catering, hospitality, or event services is an added advantage.Application RequirementsApplicants must:● Attach an updated CV.● Attach a Cover Letter.● Clearly outline previous sales achievements and revenue impact in similar roles.● Indicate their expected retainer fee.⚠️ Important:Only candidates who demonstrate proven sales success and measurable revenue growth will beconsidered.Failure to follow the application instructions will result in automatic disqualification.Selection CriteriaCandidates will be evaluated based on:● Proven revenue growth record
