JOB SUMMARY HR Generalist / Leave of Absence AdministratorThe HR Generalist / Leave of Absence Administrator is a dual‑function role responsible for providing HR generalist support and administering employee leave programs for CIP Group’s clients. This position acts as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, handling employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and managing all aspects of leave of absence programs including FMLA, ADA, and state‑specific leave programs.Schedule/ On siteFull‑time, 8‑hour workday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (Associate’s degree or equivalent experience considered).3–5 years of experience in HR or a related field.2+ years of experience administering leave of absence programs.Experience conducting employee investigations.Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and federal/state leave regulations.Understanding of multi‑state employment laws.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience working with HRIS and leave management systems.High attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.HR certifications (SHRM‑CP/SCP) are a plus.
