You are the face of Kilimall in your area.Key Duties:Community Marketing & Promotion:Share daily Kilimall promotional posters and product links provided by the KForce WhatsApp group to your personal WhatsApp status, groups, and social media.Identify potential customers in your neighborhood, market, or workplace who need affordable electronics, fashion, or household items.Order Facilitation (The "Human App"):Assist community members who do not own smartphones, lack mobile data, or are not tech-savvy to browse the Kilimall App, select products, and place orders using your agent account or by guiding them.Explain product details, prices, and delivery timelines clearly to customers.Payment & Trust Building:Offer flexible payment guidance. Help customers understand how to pay via M-Pesa or Cash on Delivery (where applicable).Build trust by acting as a reliable local contact for any order inquiries or issues.Pickup Point Coordination:Guide customers to the nearest Kilimall/Kilishop pickup station to collect their parcels.Promote the convenience and lower cost of using pickup points compared to home delivery.Market Intelligence:Gather feedback from your community about what products they want to see on Kilimall.Report any local competitors or market trends to your regional support team.Compliance & Onboarding:Complete the mandatory KForce onboarding process, including submitting your National ID images and KRA PIN Certificate for verification.Adhere to Kilimall’s code of conduct and pricing policies.What You DON'T Need to Do:You do NOT need to buy or hold any stock.You do NOT need to handle logistics or delivery yourself (Kilimall handles shipping to pickup points).You do NOT need to pay any
