JOB SUMMARY We Are Hiring: Sales Representative (Inbound)! π π₯³ Location: Kenia ( Nairobi )Are you a sales expert who excels at handling objections? Weβre looking for you! Join our team and help our customers find the best membership solutions.π― Your ChallengeYour main mission will be to convert inbound calls into successful sales, maintaining a focus on service excellence and meeting commercial KPIs.Key Responsibilities:β Sales Management: Maintain a 72% overall close rate and a 42% membership close rate.β Persistence: Use effective rebuttal techniques (at least 3 times) to demonstrate the value of our program.β Productivity: Handle approx. 40 calls per day (82% phone availability).β Upselling: Promote Private Vault items and additional services.π οΈ What We Are Looking Forβ Experience: Minimum 6 months in sales (specifically inbound calls).β Skills: Mastery of call control, objection handling, and persuasive pitching.β Results-Oriented: Ability to achieve an average of $85.00 per call.β Availability: Full flexibility to work weekends.β° Schedule & DetailsTraining: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM
- 5:30 PM CST).Operating Shifts: Service window from Monday to Sunday (rotating shifts within operational hours).Break: 1-hour daily lunch break.
