JOB SUMMARY Job Summary :We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer with 2+ years of experience inidentify the requirement for industrial refrigeration and refrigeration compressors, refrigerationsolutions, and after-sales services to key industrial customers across target sectors. This rolecombines field sales, technical understanding, customer relationships, territory management,and sales target achievement. RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Key Responsibilities :A. Sales & Business Developmenta. Build the pipeline of customers from different industries –i. Cold Chain and Food Processing units like frozen foods, meat/seafood processing,dairy, horticulture exports (flowers, fruits), and growing cold storageii. Beverage and Brewingiii. Ice Production and distibutioniv. Pharmaceuticals and Healthcarev. Infrastructure and large facilities like Airport, Hospitals, Malls etc.vi. Agro Export and Horticultureb. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and drive new business opportunities within yourassigned territory.c. Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to customers.d. Prepare and submit quotes, proposals, and sales contracts tailored to customer needs.e. Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to close deals and achieve sales targets.f. Timely collection of payments after every implementation/ installationsB. Customer & Market Engagementa. Build strong relationships with industrial clients, consultants, contractors, and end usersb. Act as the primary contact for product inquiries, technical clarifications, and service queries.c. Gather and share market and competitor insights to help refine sales strategy.C. Reporting & Administrationa. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.b. Provide weekly/monthly sales reports to management.c. Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and repeatbusiness.D. Target Achievementa. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.b. Drive sales growth in existing accounts and secure long-term contracts for MYCOM productsand services.2. Qualifications & ExperienceA. Educationa. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering,or related field.B.
