JOB SUMMARY To maintain the existing branches standards to operational status and grow the branch network. It involves execution of the expansion plan ststring from ientfying poetntial locations upto the preparation of the new branch to kick start operations. RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Identifying potential locations for expansion following the company’s expansion strategy and undertake new branches survey.2) To undertake Shop design and setup- Carrying out a detailed feasibility study on chosen locations3)  Liaising with various agencies in the space search4) Negotiation with the landlords and finalization of related documents e.g Heads of Terms, Lease, etc.5) Coordination of the fit-out works with contractors6) To coordinate construction projects within the company.7) To manage and review projects costs8) Manage and coordinate contractors and technicians..9) Maintain branch standard by following the Retail Brand Guidelines.10) Liaising with various authorities to receive necessary approvals11) Coordinating with various HQ departments in preparation of the new branch setup REQUIRED SKILLS Project preparation and planning, Planning, Project implementation, Project management REQUIRED EDUCATION Bachelor's degree
