Learn more at www.fixahr.comAbout the RoleWe’re looking to hire a Data Scientist will be responsible for turning Fixa’s growing data assets into actionable insights, predictive models, and decision frameworks that power lending, risk management, growth, and operational efficiency.Location & Work Model Disclaimer:This is a primarily remote role, candidates, however, must be willing to spend multiple extended periods on the ground each year working closely with local teams, partners, and leadership, as in-market presence is critical to execution and context.
