Customer Reception & CommunicationGreet customers professionally on arrivalAnswer calls on the official workshop number.Manage WhatsApp Business messages.Schedule drop-offs and collectionsRedirect customers politely to workshop processes2. Job Intake & DocumentationOpen job cards.Record customer complaints exactly as stated.Capture:vehicle detailsmileagefuel levelvisible damageTake clear photos & videos at intakeExplain the approval process.3. Internal CoordinationUpdate job status in the system.Notify management when approvals are received.Ensure no work starts without written approval.Coordinate between customer, manager, and foreman4. Professional StandardsMaintain confidentialityKeep the front desk organized and calmFollow SOPs strictlyNo informal promises to customers.
