JOB SUMMARY Job Title: Digital MarketerLocation: Nairobi, KenyaAbout the EmployerA leading hospitality brand operating in the Naivasha–Elementaita region is seeking to strengthen its digital presence and attract more corporate, leisure, and family guests. The establishment offers accommodation, events and conference facilities, weddings, recreational activities, and nature-focused experiences.Role PurposeThe Digital Marketer will be based at the Nairobi main office and will oversee digital marketing operations for the brand’s properties in Naivasha and Elementaita. The role involves leading online visibility efforts, driving direct bookings and event enquiries, developing digital strategies, managing all social platforms, optimizing the website, and running targeted campaigns across all properties. The role will also coordinate social media activities for all lodges and affiliated properties. RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across social media, paid ads, SEO, and content.• Manage and grow social media platforms through engaging photos, videos, copy, and storytelling.• Coordinate social media content and calendars for all lodges and affiliate properties.• Maintain and update the website to ensure strong SEO performance and booking conversions.• Run targeted digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive bookings and event enquiries.• Track performance using analytics tools and generate insights to optimise campaigns.• Collaborate with internal teams (reservations, events, operations) to align content with actual guest experiences and seasonal offers.• Manage online reputation by responding to guest reviews and maintaining a positive digital footprint.• Prepare regular reports on digital performance, online reach, and conversion metrics.Qualifications & Skills• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Hospitality, or related field.• 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within hospitality/tourism.• Strong understanding of digital channels: social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing.• Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO software, and CMS platforms.• Excellent writing and content creation skills; ability to craft engaging visuals and copy.• Experience in public relations, including media coordination, press communication, and brand repre
