This role sits at the center of that engine: turning traffic into high-quality customer conversations and directly influencing brand awareness, conversion rates, lead quality, and revenue. You’ll shape how a modern, AI-powered product is discovered and adopted by marketers across the world.

You’ll work with skilled ambitious colleagues who leverage the latest AI-tooling to ideate, design, code, and ship fast.

What you’ll do

As a Senior Growth Engineer at Funnel, you’ll be working at the intersection of product, engineering, and marketing. You’ll combine coding skills, growth experience and design taste to build high-performing web experiences. You will:

• Work closely with marketing, product development, and revenue to build beautiful and high-performing acquisition channels
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities and ship improvements
• Design, implement and evaluate experiments
• Establish new growth loops and improve existing ones

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

• A track record of shipping high-performing landing pages, advanced web interaction and beautiful designs
• Previous experience from fast growing B2B companies or agencies
• Strong frontend fundamentals: React, HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Node.js)
• Experience working with data, such as event tracking, data visualisation, conversion funnels, attribution, and A/B testing
• Strong design sensibility with attention to detail

Location & Eligibility

At this time, we can only consider applicants who are already based in Stockholm and meet one of the following criteria:

• Hold Swedish citizenship
• Hold EU/EEA citizenship and are currently living in Stockholm
• Have a valid Swedish work permit

Office-first

At Funnel, we have an office-first approach, and we work from the office a minimum of four days a week. We have lots of flexibility for when life happens, during the summer, through the holidays. We just like to avoid having standing remote days.
