Senior Workday Financials Consultant | Up to £1,000 per day | Inside IR35 | Fully Remote | Immediate Start | Full-Time | Initial 3 months (extension likely) I'm working on a high-impact Workday Financials programme and need a top-tier consultant to come in and drive design, challenge thinking, and lead from the front. This is not a passive delivery role, you'll be front-facing, shaping decisions, and influencing senior stakeholders daily. What you'll be doing Leading Workday Financials design workshops Acting as the bridge between business & technical teams Driving solution design & configuration decisions Challenging stakeholders and adding real consulting value Bringing best practice from multiple implementations What I need Strong Workday Financials experience (functional + technical) 3+ full life cycle implementations Proven ability to operate at senior/advisory level Confident running workshops and owning the room Someone who can challenge, not just deliver Nice to have Prism Analytics/Accounting Center FS/Insurance experience Consulting background (Big 4 or similar) Workday certifications (current or lapsed) Key info Immediate start - this is urgent Full-time commitment required Fully remote (UK-based preferred) Strong likelihood of extension beyond initial 3 month
