ServiceNow Platform Engineer (Contract) We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Platform Engineer to join a high-performing delivery team, working on the build and enhancement of enterprise ServiceNow solutions within a complex digital environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on development, shaping technical solutions, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver real business impact. What You'll Be Doing Building and enhancing ServiceNow applications and workflows to meet evolving business needs Translating requirements into robust technical designs and scalable solutions Developing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and modern web technologies Supporting testing activities, including UAT and defect resolution Working collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth delivery Maintaining high-quality documentation and coding standards Identifying opportunities for platform improvement and optimisation What We're Looking For Strong experience working on the ServiceNow platform in a technical capacity Hands-on expertise in Scripting, configuration, and platform development Experience with modules such as GRC, IRM, or SPM Good knowledge of JavaScript, APIs (REST/SOAP), XML, and JSON Understanding of structured delivery approaches such as Agile or Waterfall Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders Nice to Have ServiceNow certifications (eg CSA, CAD, CIS) Experience working in consulting or customer-facing environments Exposure to solution design or technical leadership activities Please Note: Shortlisted candidates will be contacted via Call/Email.
