Director - Crisis Management & Scenario Testing We are currently recruiting for a Director - Crisis Management & Scenario Testing to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract. Inside IR35 Hybrid- London based Responsibilities Lead the global crisis management strategy, governance, escalation processes and response framework Design and deliver the global scenario testing programme (tabletops, drills, supplier exercises) Facilitate Real Time response to major disruption events, chairing crisis calls and coordinating cross-functional teams Oversee client and regulatory communications during incidents Maintain crisis playbooks, decision logs, and audit-ready documentation Partner with Technology, Risk, Operations and senior leaders to strengthen organisational readiness Deliver training, awareness and ongoing improvements to crisis response capability Produce executive-level reporting on crisis trends, lessons learned and remediation Experience 10+ years leading enterprise-wide crisis management in a global organisation Proven experience managing major incidents across multiple regions and time zones Strong understanding of operational resilience regulations (FCA, DORA, NIST, etc.) Experience deg and running crisis scenarios and testing programmes Excellent communication skills, able to brief executives, boards and regulators Financial services background required; insurance experience preferred Certifications such as CBCP, MBCI or DRI are an advantage Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
