Test Manager
Description
Key Responsibilities: • Coordination of Testing Activities: • Lead the planning and execution of regression acceptance testing. • Manage parallel run operations to ensure seamless transition. • Ensure tests are conducted within fixed timelines without refactoring data models, logics etc unless absolutely necessary (this is a lift and shift endeavour).
Stakeholder Engagement: • Serve as the primary liaison between the CFO office, third-party vendor responsible for the technical shift, and the bank's central data organization. • Maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
Remediation Coordination: • Identify issues arising during testing that fall under the CFO office's responsibility. • Coordinate potential development activities in CFO office if required as part of delivering on the technical shift (most development will be done by third party consultant, but a certain scope is not covered and will need to be addressed by us)
Documentation & Reporting: • Develop comprehensive documentation of test results and progress reports. • Provide regular updates to senior management within the CFO office. • Adhere to Swedbank development process requirements in terms of documentation, process steps etc.
Risk Management: • Assess potential risks associated with the transition and develop mitigation strategies. • Monitor test outcomes closely to address any discrepancies swiftly.
Preferred Skills: • Experience in coordinating large-scale technical transitions in a banking context. • Familiarity with Swedbank systems or similar banking environments is highly desirable. • Understanding of CFO-related functions such as reporting, regulatory requirements, treasury management, financial planning, and control. • Excellent communication skills with an ability to interact effectively across various organizational levels. • Experience working with third-party vendors in a collaborative way. • Knowledge of modern data platforms and ETL tools. • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) or equivalent experience is advantageous. • Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments while maintaining focus on deliverables.
