Project Management Support for a Construction Area in a large-scale Construction Project

The Project Management Support plays a key role in the improvement of processes across all construction-related disciplines within a major construction area. Acting as the operational backbone between area management, EPCM, and contractors, the project coordinator ensures that all area-specific and integrated construction data is accurately gathered, analyzed, and transformed into actionable insights to drive efficiency, alignment, and performance improvement across the project.Responsibilities:

1. Support in project management to ensure successful project delivery
2. Requirement management for meetings, reports and tools
3. Identification of white-spots and gaps in project management
4. Prioritization of improvement measures together with area management
5. Development and implementation of continuous improvement measures
6. Data gathering, evaluation and analysis
7. Reporting structures and dashboard setup
8. Requirement and stakeholder management (area management, EPCM, contractors, meetings)
9. Project tracking and performance monitoring

Qualifications:

1. Degree in engineering or comparable degree program
2. Knowledge of project management methodologies
3. Ability to handle high-pressure situations
4. Understanding of construction processes (if applicable)
5. Strong decision-making skills to address issues quickly
6. Strong stakeholder management skills with focus on aligning involved areas

Profile:

1. Experience in large scale, fast paced construction projects beneficial
2. Strong ownership and proactive, with the ability to identify potential issues before they arise
3. Openness to new topics and challenges in technically complex situations ‘agile mindset’
4. Experience in Power BI beneficial, but no must have
5. Great skills in PowerPoint for presentations on executive level
6. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
7. Business fluent in English

Conditions:

1. Language: English
2. Start: asap; duration at least 3 months with option of extension
3. Scope: 5 man-days per week
4. Location: 50%-70% Boden, rest remote
