Description
Key Responsibilities: Detecting gaps and improvement opportunities in construction management together with stakeholders, considering: Operational processes and working methods Digital tools and IT systems Competencies, training, and development Performance indicators (KPIs) Collaborating with executive leadership to set priorities for initiatives and establish a strategic improvement roadmap Coordinating with the client and EPCM functions to secure the resources necessary for implementation Defining concrete solutions in close cooperation with relevant client and EPCM representatives Ensuring alignment of improvement measures across construction management and driving closure of identified gaps Supporting the roll-out of optimized processes, digital solutions, and management tools within construction operations
Required Qualifications: Academic degree in engineering or an equivalent field of study Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing construction projects as a project manager Solid understanding of construction workflows and methodologies Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects Excellent stakeholder management skills with a strong ability to foster alignment across different functions
