Procurement Consultant/Supplier Lead Bedfordshire (1 day per week onsite) Outside IR35 We're working with an enterprise client in Bedfordshire who are looking for Procurement Consultant/Supplier Lead to manage a complex, multi-supplier IT ecosystem and drive commercial value across products and platforms. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong supplier relationship management (SRM) and procurement expertise with a solid understanding of modern IT products, platforms, and delivery models. The business need someone with a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to introduce AI/automation bringing a dynamic, agile approach. Key Requirements Strong experience in SRM, vendor management, or IT procurement Proven ability to manage multi-supplier environments Good understanding of IT products, platforms, APIs, and cloud services Experience running end-to-end procurement processes (RFPs, negotiation, contracts) Commercially astute, curious, and proactive mindset Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Desirable Exposure to modern engineering practices, AI, or automation-led delivery Understanding of platform ecosystems and integration patterns This is a great opportunity to play a key role in shaping supplier strategy and commercial outcomes within a complex, technology-driven environment.
