DevOps Engineer/Pipeline Developer Galway, Ireland 2 days on site 12 month rolling contract About the Role A global enterprise technology company is hiring DevOps Engineers/Pipeline Developers to join our AI Pipelines & Support Centre team in Galway. This team builds and runs the pipelines that take AI solutions from evaluation to production , directly supporting AI-driven tools used by Support Agents and customers across global services organisations . You'll join a global team of ~20 engineers across Galway and Bangalore, working at the heart of AI enablement-deg, building, and evolving the CI/CD pipelines that make production-grade AI possible. This is a hands-on role for engineers who enjoy building pipelines from scratch , owning what they build, and continuously improving reliability, security, and developer experience. What You'll Do Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines from scratch Support AI evaluation pipelines , enabling quality assessment before solutions reach production Migrate Jenkins pipelines from Docker Swarm to Kubernetes Work with on-prem Kubernetes clusters at scale Implement GitOps-based deployment workflows Integrate and manage multiple security scanning tools within pipelines (5-6 tools currently) Troubleshoot, diagnose, and continuously improve pipeline reliability and performance Build internal tooling used by developers, QA, and data/insights teams Actively contribute to technical discussions and improvements across the pipeline ecosystem What We're Looking For experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or Pipeline Engineer Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes Proven experience building end-to-end pipelines , with the ability to clearly explain: what you built how it works and why you designed it that way Comfortable owning your pipelines end-to-end- debugging, improving, and evolving them experience or interest in GitOps and modern deployment patterns A curious mindset and openness to learning, especially in fast-moving AI and platform landscapes Confidence engaging in constructive technical debate and courageous conversations Why Join Us?
