Integration Developer / Engineer

Amass Technology are looking for Integration Developers / Engineers to join a leading project on a long term, fully remote basis. We can consider professionals from any EU countries for this opportunity. Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain APIs and integration solutions
2. Build and manage integrations between enterprise systems, third-party platforms, and cloud services
3. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions
4. Support interface design and implementation across multiple systems and applications
5. Ensure APIs and integrations are secure, scalable, performant, and aligned with technical standards
6. Troubleshoot and resolve integration- and API-related issues across different environments
7. Create and maintain technical documentation for APIs, interfaces, and integration flows
8. Support and contribute to unit, integration, and end-to-end testing activities
9. Work closely with delivery teams to identify, analyze, and resolve defects and integration issues
10. Follow best practices for API lifecycle management, governance, and documentation
11. Contribute effectively in cross-functional and agile delivery environments

Required Skills & Experience

1. Strong experience in API development and system integration
2. Hands-on experience with integration tooling / middleware platforms, ideally including IBM Fast Track or comparable technologies
3. Good knowledge of RESTful API design principles and standards
4. Experience working with JSON, XML, web services, and related integration technologies
5. Experience troubleshooting issues across interfaces and connected systems
6. Experience supporting testing activities in integration-heavy environments
7. Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
9. Structured and reliable approach to technical delivery and documentation
