US English NLP Trainer Needed

Budget: ₹1250 - ₹2500/hr

I’m preparing a language-generation NLP model for production use and I need a native English speaker who is currently based in the United States to take charge of the actual model-training phase. Your role will focus solely on training: configuring hyper-parameters, steering the fine-tuning cycles, and iteratively improving output quality so that the model produces clear, idiomatic American English.

The raw data, baseline architecture, and labeling guidelines are already in place. What I need now is someone who understands how subtle linguistic choices influence generation quality and can translate that knowledge into concrete training decisions inside frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Key expectations: • Run multiple training iterations, monitor loss and perplexity, and keep concise notes on each experiment. • Provide checkpoints, training scripts, and a brief summary of results so I can reproduce or extend your work. • Highlight any data or prompt adjustments you introduce and explain why they improve the model’s fluency or coherence.
