Excel Training Tracker Development

I need a basic Excel-based training tracker to monitor employee progress for his skill level. For example, there is 100 tasks to complete for the employee to be awarded his next level etc. The tracker sheets have to cross reference the first sheet where there will be an overall progress sheet of the percentage of tasks completed, name of the worker, total tasks. Etc
