I'm seeking a skilled 3D designer to produce detailed exterior plans for a mixed residential-commercial building from 2D plans, already made.

Key Requirements:

• Highlight building façades for the commercial section,
• Landscaping including carpark,
• Architectural style: Traditional UK building

Ideal Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit)
• Strong understanding of traditional architectural design
• Experience in deg mixed-use developments
• Attention to detail and high-quality visual output
• Able to illustrate local commercial brands i.e Asda, Tesco, sainsbury
